Our offers are based on data and comps in the area of similar properties. We do our due diligence and consider all attributes a property may or may not have, prior to making a final offer. We may or may not be able to make adjustments on pricing.

How long does the process take if I decide to move forward with selling my land?

All deals are closed using a reputable title company and/or attorney. Length of time is dependent on how quickly title company can provide their services. In some cases, we have seen this completed in as little as 10 days.

How would I get paid for my property if I live in a different state?

The title company or attorney would mail you any documentation needed to be signed and notarized. They will also be able to wire your funds or mail a check.

Are you the owner of the listed properties?

We own 95% of our listed inventory. There may be some properties advertised for other sellers. These properties will be disclosed upon request.

Do you offer seller finance if I am interested in buying?

Yes, we offer seller finance on some of our properties. Please leave us a message via email or phone to inquire further about financing options available to you on a property of interest.

How can I buy and when will I receive my deed?

You can purchase with a debit or credit card on this website Landlocd.net. Add the property you’re interested to the cart and proceed to payment. Once payment is received, we will need your personal or business contact information to prepare your deed. We will send you a photocopy of the prepared deed via email/text for correct spelling and address. The deed will be mailed to the county of the property and the county will mail you an updated deed reflecting you as the new owner. This process takes 3-4 weeks on average.

*If the property you are buying is closed using a title company or closing attorney, they will instruct you on what is needed and handle all necessary steps to close.
